Neon.Computer may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, support request details, license key, site URL, billing-related identifiers, and messages you send through forms or email.

Product websites and support tools may also receive basic technical data such as IP address, browser details, device information, timestamps, referring pages, and security logs used to protect the site and prevent abuse.

How we use information
