Products and licenses

Paid products may include license limits, renewal terms, feature access, update access, and support access. A license does not transfer ownership of Neon.Computer code, design, trademarks, content, or brand assets.

Support scope

Support covers product setup, license and account questions, billing questions, documented workflows, and reproducible product issues. Custom development, unrelated hosting issues, data entry, SEO strategy, and third-party conflicts may be outside standard support.

Refunds

Initial purchases may include a 14-day money-back guarantee unless a product page or checkout states otherwise. Renewals, partial terms, and services may be non-refundable except where required by law or where a billing error occurred.

No guarantee of results

Neon.Computer products can help organize workflows, identify issues, and speed up work, but they do not guarantee rankings, revenue, traffic recovery, sales, or business outcomes.

These terms may be updated as products and services change. Continued use of Neon.Computer after changes means you accept the updated terms.
