Neon.Computer sells and links to digital products, WordPress products, and external shop listings. Because many items are digital, refund eligibility depends on the product type, purchase location, and whether files, licenses, or services have already been delivered.
External Shop Purchases
Products purchased through Etsy or another external marketplace are handled through that marketplace and are subject to the marketplace listing terms and refund tools.
Plugin and Digital Product Purchases
If you purchased a Neon.Computer product directly and something is not working as described, contact support with your order email, license details, product name, and a description of the issue. We will review the request and help resolve access, download, billing, or product issues.
